展示內(nèi)容/項(xiàng)目信息：山豆根具有抗炎、抗癌等多種功效，目前主要來源于野生資源，而野生資源趨于耗竭，藥材價(jià)格節(jié)節(jié)攀升，人工種植成為解決山豆根資源危機(jī)的唯一途徑，但種苗稀缺就成為了制約山豆根大量人工栽培的瓶頸。廣西藥用植物園山豆根種苗繁育項(xiàng)目組致力于山豆根組培種苗的繁育關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究，經(jīng)過幾年的努力，終于攻克了山豆根組培苗工廠化生產(chǎn)的壁壘，申請(qǐng)了兩項(xiàng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利，其中一項(xiàng)（一種廣豆根組織培養(yǎng)快速繁育技術(shù)）已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)讓廣西華夏本草醫(yī)藥有限公司，進(jìn)行山豆根種苗的工廠化。目前種苗生產(chǎn)工作進(jìn)展順利，預(yù)計(jì)到2015年春季將生產(chǎn)山豆根種苗達(dá)3000萬株以上，推廣種植面積2萬畝，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)值3000萬元。

展示內(nèi)容/項(xiàng)目信息（英文）：Sophora Subprostrata has the function of anti-inflammation and anti-tumor. Currently, the herbs of Sophora Subprostrata are collected from wild resource mostly. However, due to the increasing of the requirement of the herbs, the wild resource is getting drained, and leads to its price going up. So, cultivating Sophora Subprostrata is the only solution for solving this problem. But cultivating of this herb face its own constraints due to the lack of the seedlings. Our project group is contributing on the key technique research of propagation for Sophora Subprostrata, and has achieved industrialization production. We have applied two patents, while one has been approved named A tissue culture technique of rapid producing for Sophora Subprostrata and has been transferred to Huaxia Bencao Pharmceutic Company. Now this work is going well. By predicting, in 2015, the seedlings will be reached the number of 30 million, the extended area will be reached 20,000 mou, and the economic output will reach 30 million RMB.
