Content and Scale of Project：In this project, the unique electrode design preparation technology and electrolyte have been applied to the preparation of consumer electronics used in environments ranging from low temperature to room temperature. The batteries are suitable for laptops, tablet personal computers and mobile phones, and they are particularly suitable for low temperature occasions such as Winter Olympic Games .Investment Estimation and Sources of Funds：The investment will be 08 million dollars for equipment upgrading and technical improvement on the basis of existing equipment (excluding factory buildings) .Market Analysis：Low-temperature batteries are indispensable for winter sports and there is a brilliant prospect for special applications of such batteries. Taking Pyeongchang Winter Olympics for instance, the number of visitors during Winter Olympics has exceeded 5 million, and if only mobile phone batteries are calculated, it costs 200 Yuan for battery replacement of each iPhone, then the market scale for only low-temperature batteries can reach1 billion .Economic Benefit Analysis：Compared with ordinary batteries, the price of low-temperature batteries increases no more than 20% (between 5 and 6 RMB)per Ah.
