中國留學人員創(chuàng)業(yè)協(xié)會(簡稱中創(chuàng)協(xié)會)成立于2002年，現(xiàn)有成員約5000人，總部位于世界科技創(chuàng)新中心和圣地--美國加州硅谷，是專門從事科技創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)交流活動的跨國度的海外高科技社團。
