全美華人金融協(xié)會(huì)(The Chinese Finance Association, TCFA) 于一九九四年在美國(guó)成立。 協(xié)會(huì)現(xiàn)有近一千五百余名會(huì)員分布在美國(guó)、香港、中國(guó)大陸和世界其它國(guó)家地區(qū)。會(huì)員包括世界各大投資銀行,基金管理公司,金融咨詢服務(wù)公司的研究人員和經(jīng)理,金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)和政府部門精英，各個(gè)主要學(xué)術(shù)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的教授和學(xué)生及其他關(guān)注中國(guó)金融發(fā)展志愿中美金融合作和交流的專家人士。 全美華人金融協(xié)會(huì)經(jīng)常性地組織各種研究和交流活動(dòng),為廣大會(huì)員提供職業(yè)和社交服務(wù),并積極為中國(guó)金融業(yè)的發(fā)展提供人才和建議。協(xié)會(huì)定期舉行學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)。協(xié)會(huì)本部設(shè)在紐約，并在波士頓，華盛頓，舊金山，倫敦，香港，北京和上海等金融中心設(shè)有分會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)接待工作,并組織演講和聯(lián)誼活動(dòng)。

協(xié)會(huì)宗旨

The Chinese Finance Association (TCFA) is a government registered non-profit organization aimed at facilitating the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information on education, research and practice in finance and related areas between the US and China. TCFA seeks to bring together the collective wisdom and expertise of scholars and professionals active in the field of finance in an effort to help the development of capital markets in China. TCFA further seeks to serve as the central venue to service its members in their professional development.

In pursuit of these goals, TCFA and its local chapters organize and sponsor a broad range of activities including the best paper awards, career development workshops, seminars and annual conferences.
