Sylvia Fernandez is a senior partner at Holding Redlich and an

experienced litigation lawyer with international and multi-industry

experience. Sylvia is Australian born of Spanish parents and is flent in

spoken and written Spanish. She is also an experienced team leader and

a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Sylvia brings to the Board exceptional corporate legal expertise, a

Ivan is the Finance Director for Australia and New Zealand in Unisys

Australia, a global IT technology company specialised in providing IT

solutions to large corporations. Previously Ivan was a manager with

Ernst & Young’s Financial Accounting Advisory team based in Sydney.

He has 11 years of experience in audit, advising companies in Spain,

the UK and Australia on fiancial reporting matters, including

assistance with fiancial statement close process, GAAP conversions,

transaction accounting, financial due diligence and accounting

compliance and reporting matters.

Ivan contributes to La Camara by bringing his fiancial expertise to the

group and the use of his network to assist to the growth and success

of La Camara.

Pablo is a Director at S&L - an Australian company founded by two

Spanish entrepreneur’s. S&L is a medium to heavy steel fabricator that

specializes in complex projects within Mining, Road and Rail

Infrastructure, Defence and the Commercial sector throughout Australia.

Pablo is a CPA and also holds a Masters in Business Operations

Management degree from UTS. Pablo is also in his fial semester in

completing a Diploma in Law at Sydney University.

Prior to joining S&L, Pablo worked for CSR within its Building Products

division and within the Ethanol business. A milestone in Pablo’s career

was the involvement in the sale transaction of Dairy Farmers to Kirin

Miguel is Finance Manager at Abengoa – an international company

that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability in the

energy and environment sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business

Administration from the Universidad Pontifiia Comillas – ICADE of

Madrid and has been living in Australia since 4010.

Prior to joining Abengoa, Miguel worked for Ernst & Young’s Sydney and

Madrid Offies. He developed Ernst & Young’s Spanish Desk in Sydney

offie, advising subsidiaries of Spanish companies how to set up and

establish Australian business operations.

Since his arrival in Australia, he has focused on helping Spanish and

Lillian Ajuria is one of the founding members and the former National

President of La Camara. Lillian is an Immigration Law Specialist and the

Principal and owner of one of Australia’s most respected migration law

practices, Ajuria Lawyers. Lillian has been named in the Best Lawyers

List of Australia for 6 years in a row - as published in the Australian

Financial Review. Lillian holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts

in Political Science and is Accredited in Immigration Law by the Law

Society of NSW.

She is a Notary Public and Registered as a Migration Agent. This,

together with her fist-hand knowledge and experience in running

an Australian based practice, with many Spanish companies as clients,

Guadalupe is Business Development Manager at Ferrovial Agroman,

a world leading construction company specialising in infrastructure.

Her role consist in identifying new opportunities and expanding the

company’s presence in the Australian and New Zealand’s markets.

Guadalupe is a flent French and English speaking Civil Engineer, with

a two years Master in Energy Management who enjoys exploiting her

interpersonal skills when carrying out commercial activities. With a

very international career, she has worked in world leading companies in

Australia (Ferrovial Agroman and Fotowatio Renewable Ventures), Spain

(OHL) and France and Portugal (Eiffage Construction).

Guadalupe has been involved in the development and construction of

Alfonso is Director of ASLAT Consulting, a consulting firm which

provides commercial representation services to Spanish Companies in

Australia. Alfonso holds a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and has over

7 years of international business development experience in Spain, UK

and Australia. In 4013, after spending 3 years as head of Abengoa Solar in

Australia, Alfonso decided to establish a consulting fim to assist Spanish

companies entre and operate in the Australian market in the sectors of

infrastructure and energy. Alfonso believes there is an existing

opportunity to import Spanish technology and know-how in critical

sectors such as energy, infrastructures and water; and is strong advocate
