新加坡-中國科學(xué)技術(shù)交流促進(jìn)協(xié)會(huì) ( 簡(jiǎn)稱新中科促會(huì) ) 是第一個(gè)經(jīng)新加坡政府批準(zhǔn)正式注冊(cè)的促進(jìn)新中兩國科技交流的組織，會(huì)員由科技專家和專業(yè)人士組成，是新加坡及國際科技精英社交聚會(huì)和跨學(xué)科交流的平臺(tái)。新中科促會(huì)是一個(gè)非政府，非盈利，非政治和非宗教的民間組織。向會(huì)員傳達(dá)和介紹國際及新中兩地重大的科技發(fā)展成果，重要的科技事件以及諸多領(lǐng)域的科技信息；為會(huì)員在新中兩地提供發(fā)表專業(yè)成果的平臺(tái)，項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)化的科技信息和專家人選，并協(xié)助會(huì)員推廣研究成果，促進(jìn)科技成果市場(chǎng)化；在新中兩地舉辦各項(xiàng)科技專題研討會(huì)、信息發(fā)布 會(huì)，并與國際相關(guān)協(xié)會(huì)進(jìn)行互訪，促進(jìn)交流，增進(jìn)了解，加強(qiáng)會(huì)員與各界精英、專家學(xué)者的互動(dòng)；組織協(xié)會(huì)內(nèi)跨行業(yè)的交流，為會(huì)員提供各方面專業(yè)性指導(dǎo)及建議，促進(jìn)各行業(yè)間的合作。

The Singapore-China Association for Advancement of Science andTechnology (SCAAST) is a non-political, non-profit and non-religiousorganisation founded by a group of professionals including scientists,engineers and entrepreneurs in Singapore. We aim to serve as aplatform for interaction and collaboration in science and technology between Singapore and China.To keep our members update about major developments in science and technology, as well as informed about upcoming conferences; to serve as a platform for our members to promote their research results and assist them in fostering partnerships to bridge the gap between

research and commercialisation;To organise various technological and industrial forums,training sessions, industrial attachments and to facilitate interactions between the academic and commercial sectors.With a learned and well-known group of scientists and professionals,SCAAST is able to provide professional advice and consultations on scientific research, commercialisation and project management.
